Busy Bee

I’m in the middle of rehearsals for the fall musical which opens in less than four weeks. I’m getting a little stressed with rehearsals every night, sorority stuff, 18 units, and a boyfriend to fit in somewhere!

I’m finding that junior year is more overwhelming than I thought it would be. Even as stressed as I am, I am making time to spend with friends and also finding time for me. Gina has been a godsend for me. I have found so much comfort in her friendship, and it is interesting to me that we never really knew each other before this year. I wonder if we would have been ready for each other—that maybe our friendship was made for this moment.

I can’t wait to go home for fall student break! I haven’t been home in three months—I am homesick and want to see my mom. We are going to a football game at my high school when I get home. I’m also going down to Malibu with my sister to at least put my toes in the sand! It will be nice to take a break and maybe get some sleep at home
